A status is not a resolution.
Property managers already have systems of record. The missing layer is accountable coordination: who owes the next action, what evidence supports it, what policy permits it, and whether the final record matches reality.
Separate proposal from permission.

A founding-stage standard

Korrd is early. That means direct founder involvement in the audit, implementation, exceptions, and operating review—and no invented customer logos, certifications, integrations, or performance claims.
The first production proof is deliberately narrow: established SFR property managers, Buildium, one market, routine maintenance, existing vendors, and human approval.
