Legal / Website terms
Website terms.
These terms govern the public Korrd website. Any audit, pilot, implementation, or managed service requires a separate signed agreement and statement of work.

1. Acceptance
By accessing this website, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The operator’s final legal identity, address, governing law, and legal contact must be inserted and reviewed before public launch.
2. Website information only
The site describes Korrd’s intended product, current synthetic reference system, founding-pilot scope, methods, roadmap, and trust posture. It is not a binding offer, statement of work, service-level agreement, warranty, or guarantee. A signed agreement controls paid work.
3. Availability labels and roadmap
“Available now” refers to the public synthetic desk and implementation-readiness materials present in the deployed repository. “Pilot” identifies capabilities that require client onboarding, provider access, registration, testing, and activation. “Planned” capabilities are roadmap direction and are not promised for any date or engagement.
4. No professional advice or outcome guarantee
Website content is not legal, accounting, property-management, engineering, emergency, repair, fair-housing, debt-collection, tax, investment, or other professional advice. Korrd does not guarantee savings, capacity, cycle time, closure, resident response, vendor response, repair outcome, revenue, availability, automation share, or financial result.
5. Synthetic desk and calculator
The reference Maintenance Resolution Desk uses fictional properties, residents, vendors, communications, evidence, and external events. Provider integrations are simulated unless explicitly labeled otherwise. The calculator uses visitor-supplied assumptions and is illustrative. Neither is a customer deployment, testimonial, performance claim, or promise that a production implementation will behave identically.
6. Emergency and authority limitations
Korrd is not an emergency service and does not diagnose repair or emergency conditions. Clients remain responsible for emergency response, habitability, legal duties, resident and vendor treatment, property access, repair scope, vendor eligibility, spending, owner authority, accounting, disputes, and final decisions.
7. Appropriate use
You may use the website for lawful business evaluation. You may not interfere with operation, bypass security, probe without written authorization, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, misuse the Korrd brand, scrape in a harmful manner, or use content to violate law or third-party rights.
8. Confidential information
Do not submit resident or vendor information, property records, work orders, recordings, access instructions, invoices, bank details, passwords, API keys, PMS credentials, or other confidential material through the public site. A signed engagement defines approved secure exchange and access.
9. Intellectual property
The site’s original text, design, graphics, synthetic-interface presentation, code where protected, and Korrd marks are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership.
10. Third-party services
The site may link to Cal.com, email, hosting, PMS, communication, model, payment, and other providers. Korrd does not control their availability, content, security, or terms. Your use of those services is governed by the applicable provider terms.
11. Availability and changes
The site may change, be unavailable, contain errors, or be discontinued. Pricing, availability, scope, roadmap, and founding-slot status may change before a signed agreement.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Final launch terms should include limitation and dispute language appropriate to the operator and jurisdiction; this provisional language does not override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Contact
Questions can be sent through the configured Korrd legal contact. A working contact must be configured before launch.
Legal contact Legal contact channel: pending launch configuration.
This baseline intentionally does not invent an entity, address, jurisdiction, or legal inbox. Qualified counsel should finalize these terms before the website accepts paid business.
