Founding pilot applications

Engagements / Audit → pilot → managed resolution

Prove the resolution corridor before scaling it.

Korrd starts with 20 deidentified work orders. A live Buildium pilot may begin only after provider, infrastructure, legal, sandbox, security, and UAT gates pass for that client.

Pilot sequence

Forty-five days with stop/go gates.

  1. Days 1–7

    Map + configure

Confirm eligible categories, vendors, emergency boundaries, consent, quiet hours, evidence, approvers, closeout, and rollback.

    Gate: policy approved
  2. Days 8–14

    Connect + shadow

Read Buildium, reconcile cases, compare proposed next actions, and correct mappings without contacting anyone.

    Gate: UAT accepted
  3. Days 15–35

    Coordinate + approve

Enable registered channels. Review every message, schedule, evidence decision, and proposed write.

    Gate: no critical incident
  4. Days 36–45

    Verify + decide

Reconcile outcomes, measure workload, document limitations, exercise kill switches, and decide whether to continue.

    Gate: acceptance certificate

What the activated pilot is designed to do

Complete scope. Deliberate authority.

The repository currently provides a synthetic product and fail-closed production foundation. Live coordination is not available until the documented activation gates pass.

Measured without made-up lift

The baseline and final report use the same definitions.

Korrd does not guarantee savings, cycle time, capacity, closure, vendor response, or resident behavior. The pilot establishes what changed and what did not.

TIMEWork-order age and time waiting by party
TOUCHESManual chase events and manager interventions
CONTROLApproval latency, edits, suppressed sends, and incidents
CLOSEOUTEvidence completeness, verified writes, and reopens
EFFORTFounder and client operating time per eligible case
QUALITYWrong-recipient, consent, safety, and tenant-isolation events

After a successful pilot

Managed resolution starts around $4,500 per month.

Final pricing follows portfolio size, eligible volume, channels, markets, policy complexity, and proven autonomy. Repairs, vendor invoices, client telephony usage, and third-party fees remain separate.

PLATFORM$3,000 / month

Workspace, policy, audit, connectors, controls, monitoring, and reporting.

PORTFOLIO$3 / participating door

Applied to the agreed portfolio inside the managed resolution scope.

OVERAGE$25 / additional resolution

After the included routine volume defined in the service order.

Illustrative internal pricing model. A signed service order controls actual scope and fees.

The first decision is fit

Do the work orders reveal a repeatable resolution problem?

Apply with company-level operating facts. Do not upload resident information, work orders, recordings, API keys, or PMS credentials.
