1. Current site behavior

The resolution-load calculator runs in your browser. The application form creates a local copyable summary and does not upload the answers because no production form endpoint is configured in this build. Cal.com and email links remain hidden unless a trusted launch URL or valid contact address is configured.

2. Information you choose to provide

If you later use a configured email or scheduling channel, you may provide business contact and company-level operating information such as your name, work email, company, portfolio range, software, work-order volume, markets, team structure, consent readiness, and pilot timing. Those third-party services process information under their own notices and configured Korrd account settings.

3. Information not requested

Do not submit resident or vendor names, phone numbers, addresses, work orders, recordings, invoices, bank details, passwords, API keys, PMS credentials, access instructions, or other confidential operational records through this public site. A signed engagement defines any approved secure exchange.

4. Technical information

Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser, device, requested URL, referring page, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the site. Korrd does not claim that public-site analytics or advertising cookies are active unless the deployed configuration actually enables and discloses them.

5. How information may be used

• Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the public website.
• Respond when you intentionally use a configured contact channel.
• Schedule and prepare for a requested business conversation.
• Evaluate high-level founding-pilot fit.
• Meet legal, security, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping obligations.

6. Sharing

Korrd may use providers that host the website, protect it, operate configured scheduling or email services, or support business administration. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights or security, or in a legitimate business reorganization. Korrd does not claim to sell public-site personal information.

7. Retention

Information should be retained only for the relevant purpose, legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution. Calculator and application inputs stay local in the current implementation. Configured hosting, email, and scheduling providers maintain their own logs and retention settings.

8. Your choices

You can avoid external scheduling or email links, clear browser data, and request access, correction, or deletion of information Korrd controls, subject to applicable law and legitimate exceptions.

9. Children

The website and Korrd’s business services are for business users and are not directed to children.

10. Production services

A live Maintenance Resolution Desk may process work-order, communication, participant, consent, evidence, approval, and audit data on behalf of a client. The signed service agreement and data-processing terms—not this public-site notice—must identify the production scope, controller/processor roles, subprocessors, security controls, retention, deletion, incident process, and legal responsibilities.

11. Changes

This notice may change as the site, providers, company, and services change. The updated date will be revised when material changes are published.
